All published content, including pictures, videos as well as the design of Whitecast.gr website are subject to copyright protection and other laws for the protection of intellectual property. No dissemination or alteration of the content of these pages or of the frames or similar measures are permitted. Moreover, these contents may not be copied, disseminated, modified or made available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data Protection
Whitecast.gr appreciates your interest in our community. In order to enable us to respond to your request for information or a booking you may be asked to provide personal information in the form of contact information that will enable us to respond to you. Without such information, we will not be able to record or respond to your request. Your personal details will be stored in conformity with the data protection provisions of the country in which the website is operated.

Payment Information
Whitecast.gr accepts payment by Paypal only.

Reservations
Reservations can be made at any date required, however all reservations are subject to Whitecast.gr confirmation. Confirmation is based on a number of factors, including availability and weather. All confirmed reservations must be paid in full. In the event of cancellation the adventure can be re-scheduled to another date where availability exists.

Warranty
Whitecast.gr cannot guarantee snow and weather conditions. We will use our best efforts to inform you if conditions are poor and warrant re-scheduling. If accommodations cannot be made, payments will be refunded in full. If you have any questions, please refer them to the Contact form.

Safety
You are required to wear an approved helmet at all times. All safety equipment is your responsibility. The safety equipment necessary for the adventures includes but is not limited to: approved helmet, body armor, kneepads, avalanche protection gear including transceiver,shovel,probe and airbag. You are required to follow all instructions from Whitecast’s crew members and maintain a safe speed and course. Failing to meet the above guidelines is your responsibility, and may lead to a non-refundable cancellation of your adventure, and even worse to serious injury to yourself and others.

Liability
All adventures involve risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: changing weather conditions, mechanical failure of the equipment, difficulty or inability to control one’s speed, direction, stopping distance and turning radius; variation or steepness in terrain; loss of balance; rolling or flipping the vehicles; variation or changes in the riding surface including holes, depressions, loose gravel, exposed rock, snow, ice, earth, mud pits and other natural objects; streams, creeks, lakes, rivers and glaciers; collision with lift towers, fences, snowgrooming or snowmaking equipments, snowmobiles, snowcats, or other vehicles, equipment, structures or objects used in connection with skiing; collision with exposed rock, snow, ice, earth, trees, tree wells, tree slumps, forest deadfall or other natural or man-made objects; rockslides; avalanches; encounters with wildlife, travel on highways and back-country roads; collision with persons or vehicles; nightfall; becoming lost or separated from others,failing to act safely or within one’s own ability or stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; negligence of whitecast.gr crew to safeguard or protect you from the risks, dangers and hazards of adventure activities. The terrain used for adventure activities may be uncontrolled, unmarked and not inspected. Communication in the remote terrain which is sometimes used for adventure activities is difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be readily available.
Participating in a Whitecast.gr adventure, explicitly implies that you are fully aware of the abovementioned risks, dangers and hazards associated with the adventure activities and that you fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the responsibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom.
